Arlegh Davies
She is an experienced specialist criminal defence solicitor. She specialises in serious and general criminal litigation. She has particular expertise in acting for individuals accused of sexual offences, violent offences, drug related offending and road traffic offences.
She has dealt with numerous frauds and conspiracies and the subsequent confiscation proceedings. She defends clients facing applications for Criminal Behaviour Orders and Sexual Harm Prevention Orders.
She has considerable experience representing young people appearing before the Youth Court.
Arlegh is a tactically astute criminal defence lawyer taking a proactive role in defending clients. She is an experienced advocate representing clients before the Magistrates’ Court and Crown Court. She regularly represents clients under investigation at interviews conducted by the police and other agencies.
Arlegh graduated from the University of Leicester LLB (Hons) and went on to complete her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in York. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2002. She obtained her duty solicitor status in 2004.
